Guard Training

• Legal powers and limitations of a security guard: This training covers the laws and regulations that govern the role and responsibilities of a security guard, including the use of force, arrest procedures, and liability.

• Communication and customer service: Guards are trained to communicate effectively with the public, co-workers and supervisors, and to provide excellent customer service.
• Emergency response: Guard are trained to respond to emergency situations, such as fire, medical emergencies, and criminal activity, and to call for appropriate assistance.
• Physical security: Guards are trained in various physical security measures such as controlling access to a building, operating security equipment, and conducting patrols.
• First Aid/CPR: Guards are also trained in basic first aid and CPR, which is important to provide medical assistance in case of an emergency.
